If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly. PMC TechLife covers return shipping for confirmed defects and fulfilment errors. Returned items are inspected after receipt. Once approved, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. We do not process direct exchanges; return the original item and place a new order.
