Shipping Costs
We do not charge a shipping fee. The price you see for the product is the price you pay at checkout. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
To provide accurate delivery estimates, our total delivery time is composed of two parts: order processing time and transit time.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM South African Standard Time (SAST), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
We ship products from two different warehouse locations. Please check the product page to confirm the item's shipping origin.
Local Warehouse (South Africa)
- Handling Time: 0–1 day.
- Transit Time: 2–5 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 2–6 business days.
- Courier Service: Orders are delivered via private courier. We will keep you updated on your order's progress via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
- Insurance: The product price includes shipping insurance.
Overseas Warehouse (China)
- Handling Time: 1–3 days.
- Transit Time: 5–10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–13 business days.
- Courier Service: Orders are delivered via private courier. We will keep you updated on your order's progress via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. If the courier is unable to reach you, your order may be sent to the nearest PAXI collection point for collection.
- Insurance: The product price includes shipping insurance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for all shipments up to and including R2000 to South Africa. This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price. We handle all responsibilities for your order, including paying for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees on your behalf. There will be no surprise charges upon delivery, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
For all orders over R2000, we are unable to offer DDP and you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
When you place an order for a product from our Overseas Warehouse, your Identity Document (ID) information may be required for customs clearance purposes. This information is stored securely and transmitted only to the carrier and Customs officials to allow your package to clear without delay.
