Welcome to the PMC TechLife Help Centre. Below are answers to the most common questions about ordering, payment, shipping, returns and warranties. Ordering & Payment

• Browse or search the store, add items to your cart, and check out securely. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Checkout is SSL encrypted. Payments are processed through secure gateways (Paystack and Peach Payments).
• Need a formal invoice or corporate quote? Complete your customer profile with your billing and delivery address, then email us the product links you need.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is included on every order — no shipping fee is added at checkout. We deliver within South Africa.
• Locally stocked items: estimated 2–6 business days via The Courier Guy, with no import duties.
• Internationally fulfilled items: estimated 6–13 business days. The fulfilment origin and any duty obligations are shown on the product page before you add to cart.
• Daily processing cut-off is 2:00 PM SAST on business days. Tracking is emailed once your order is dispatched.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Change of mind: return eligible, unused items in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
• Defective or faulty goods: covered for 6 months from delivery — request a refund, replacement or repair.
• All returns require approval first. Start a return at our Returns Centre before sending anything back.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection, back to your original payment method.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also view your orders any time from your account.
